back to school

After completing 1.5 weeks of my new 7-year student plan, I can honestly say that I can't wait to be done!

Really, it isn't bad, I just have a bad additude. I am learning things in my bozo prerequisite for prerequisite classes that I can see will be useful. Stimulating my brain feels good. However, overnight I went from having a 40-hour week with little-to-no take home stressors to a nearly 70-hour week with homework. I would like a nap. And some time to knit.

(In knitting news, I finished Rusted Root. It is pretty but much too large. The fit is seriously weird in the larger sizes. I plan on ripping and starting over. In the meantime? Hedera socks from knitty in the koigu. Love.)

Official Step One completed.

I just applied to BSU for next fall. I'll be taking two as-of-yet-undetermined prerequisite undergrad classes. Highly probable options are some sort of procedural programming, math, or economics. Wish me luck!
