i bet you think i forgot about you

Hey there interwebs! Nice to know you're still there. I know I've been ignoring you, but believe me when I tell you it's not you, it's me. No really, I'm not blowing you off! I'm trying to reintroduce myself!

A little recap of my life the past few months:
• I survived the semester, though barely (with a 3.5 semester gpa, so I guess I'm happy--one word, "math")
• My pants all shrank, though I think this may be a result of a diet heavily weighted (hah!) towards pizza rather than washing in hot. See also: beer.
• Christmas happened.
• I'm getting my financial life in order and learned how to buy a house. See also: puppy fever.
• My hair became long.
• The big computer in my sewing room contracted a case of the sniffles. See also: "technology hates me".
• Bogus has awesome snow this season.
• I may have done permanant damage to my fingers with over-ambitious sock knitting.
• Relatedly, it is my feeling that the writer's strike should be over already.
