My knee is better--proven today by 30 minutes on the whoopdedooper, 30 minutes on the stairmaster, and no limping during the cool down on the treadmill.
Last time I was at the Y, I could stairmaster for about 5 minutes with the physical terrorist standing over my shoulder and couldn't whoopdedoop at all. This is so AWESOME. Now all I have to do is get back in the pool and see if I can kick. Keep your fingers crossed (I know I am).
